To tackle belly weight effectively, blending different types of exercise and adopting a healthy lifestyle can make a big difference. Cardiovascular workouts like running or jogging are great for burning calories and enhancing cardiovascular health. Cycling, whether outdoors or on a stationary bike, and swimming are also excellent options for shedding pounds. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which involves alternating between intense bursts of exercise and rest, is particularly powerful for burning fat.

Incorporating strength training into your routine is equally important. Building muscle helps increase your metabolism, which can aid in fat loss.
